Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) is important in the workplace – not only by law but as a way of making your colleagues and employees feel welcome.

We offer bespoke, customisable EDI services. There is no ‘one size fits all.’ Some resources are required by law, others simply make your business and workplace a more desirable place to work.

How much EDI resources and training do I need?


The lowest amount of EDI resource you need is a policy. This policy must acknowledge:
  • the Equality Act (2010)
  • Protected characteristics
  • What defines discrimination
  • What happens if someone is accused of discrimination
  • Next steps


To create the ultimate EDI space and culture at your workplace you can:
  • Include everything in the ‘Basic’ and ‘Standard’ options
  • Deliver meaningful training throughout the year
  • Create EDI networks and forums
  • Reflect the needs of the team
  • Help you create an inclusive recruitment process (from advertisement to induction)
  • Go beyond legally-mandated reasonable adjustments for disabled staff
  • Acknowledge and accommodate different cultural and personal practices


We provide a variety of training courses, which include:

  • Racial Sensitivity
  • Autism and Aspergers
  • Unconscious Bias
  • Combatting Sexism
  • Disability Accommodation

These courses are available as half, full and two-day sessions.


We provide the following awareness courses:

  • Other Culture/Religion Awareness
  • Mental Health Awareness

These courses are available for half and full day sessions.

Consultancy & Marketing

We provide bespoke consultancy work, either as a guest speaker, staff network facilitator or conflict resolution consultant.

We can also work with you to create an EDI and awareness marketing calendar.

This can be done either with your in-house or our marketing team.

Policy and Procedures

We can review, write, and contribute to your EDI policy. This will provide you with the minimum standard of EDI cover.

PQQ/Bid Writing

We are able to provide tender/bid writing to your company, especially in the following areas:
