Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) is important in the workplace – not only by law but as a way of making your colleagues and employees feel welcome.
EDI is a great way to celebrate the perspectives and experiences of everyone on a team, uplifting and empowering everyone in a place of work.
What is the difference between Equality, Diversity and Inclusion?
- Equality means making sure everyone can access the same opportunities.
- Diversity is about valuing the differences between people.
- Inclusion is a measure of how safe and welcome people feel in their environment.
